With Putin invading Ukraine despite heavy requests for him to not from the international community, Putin has put Russians in danger, and not just the military.
It will be a challenge within itself to invade Kyiv, with the Ukrainian military and volunteers offering major resistance to the oncoming Russian force. Putin will lose men and morale, soon enough that the entire country of Russia will begin to lose faith in their president.
It will be a challenge to replace military resources. Russia has currently thrown several missiles toward military bases in Ukraine, and although most of the attacks have been successful in terms of strategy, the time and effort it will take to replenish all of their used attacks may take an extra amount of resources.
Putin risks the well-being of his country as well. With several countries issuing economic and trade blockades against Russia, its citizens are being punished for an action that Putin himself has brought upon the country. Daily necessities such as oil will be hard to naturally find in Russia, and soon enough if the blockades are successful, Russia may need to begin rationing as if they are fighting in a war, which in reality they are not far from.
Russia will be public enemy number one, with stigmas galore along with stereotypes that will not be pretty for native Russian citizens along with immigrants.
Putin needs to do what is morally right for the international community instead of being power-hungry and attempting to recreate the old-day land gains of the Soviet Union at its height. Do what is best for the people. He needs to be the president that people elected him for.
